Below, we explain what data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do with it. Contact regarding data matters: <a href=\"mailto:info@wiezamonplaisir.pl\">info@wiezamonplaisir.pl<\/a>, tel. +48 501 330 720.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have not appointed a data protection officer \u2013 please write to the address above regarding all matters relating to data.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact form<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect: your first name and surname, email address, the type of support you have selected, and the content of your message.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purpose and legal basis: to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to agree the terms of our cooperation \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence). Giving your consent to be contacted falls under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The message is stored in the website\u2019s database and sent to our inbox. We keep it for as long as it takes to resolve the matter, but for no longer than 3 years from the last contact.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entry in the register of barristers<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect: your first name and surname, or the name you specify for publication, and your email address.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purpose and legal basis: publication of your first name and surname on the list of patrons \u2013 solely on the basis of your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your email address is used solely to confirm your registration and will not be published.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain your data until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us \u2013 we will then remove your details from the list. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payments<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Foundation does not accept payments via this website and does not collect payment details. The \u2018Donate\u2019 button redirects you to the zrzutka.pl website, which is a separate data controller and has its own privacy policy. The same applies to bank transfers and the 1.5% tax deduction \u2013 in these cases, you provide your details directly to the bank or the tax office, not to us.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Server logs<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The server records standard logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the URL of the page visited, and browser information. These are used solely for security and diagnostic purposes \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. They are stored by our hosting provider.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access map<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201eVisit\u201d page features a map based on OpenStreetMap. When the map comes into view, your browser downloads tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation\u2019s servers and transmits your IP address to them. This is based on our legitimate interest in showing the route to the tower \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The tiles themselves do not store anything on your device. If you do not scroll down to the map, no request is sent.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who we share data with<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the hosting provider whose servers host this website,<\/li><li>email service providers through which we receive messages from forms,<\/li><li>to entities authorised under the law, should they so request.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul.
